Question about shipped Button Quail eggs

I recently purchased 6 Button Quail eggs and there were some delays during shipping and it happened during the bomb cyclone. There was a heat pad inside. The eggs should have gotten here in 2 days but took about 7 days. They have been in the incubator about 6 days now. I'm not sure what to look for at this point with handling. All I seem to see is the yolk inside as a dark spot. No veins yet. Is it still too early? Might they still hatch?

At 6 days I would think some veining should be starting to show.

I can usually see 'the spider' at day 3 so it's not sounding hopeful. Sorry they were so held up. Maybe give them a couple more days just in case, but when incubation is only about 16 days there should be some development at day 6.

No, it's just the little spot of the embryo and a little circle of veins around it in the yolk.

That's only useful towards the end of incubation/on overdue eggs as the embryo needs to be large enough to make the egg move.
