question about shipping eggs*update eggs recieved but not looking good

OMG!!! I am gunna cry!

I candled the eggs. I didn't even notice that 2 more of them were cracked and another the air cell was broke!!! I hope that rest of them hatch, but I am starting to doubt they will cus of how those looked!!!

I am really hoping

that I will have something hatch. It's a terrible thing to pay $40 for a dozen (which seems alot to me) and to have the PO drop them or whatever they did.

Oh and to answer the question about what I am hatching, they are blue splash marans

I have 2 eggs that where cracked and I put clear nail polish over the cracks to help prevent moisture loss and the are doing very well. I am keeping my fingures crossed.
Have you contacted the seller about this?

yeah I did. They didn't say anything about replacements. It says in the auction that they garentee the eggs will get here in good shape. They did say to let them know what happens so I don't know. I will have to try the finger nail polish thing. Maybe that will help. It just makes me upset that I didn't get at least what I bought in good shape. Dang Post Office!!!!

The other thing I am worried about it that it was terribly cold. My mom thinks they froze but I don't cus all the broken/cracked eggs were on one end of the box. I think the were dropped!

I hope they send replacements if these don't work. I told my mom that I would want my customers to have at least one little one out of it all (even if it means I have to send another pack of eggs.)

scbatz...were yours dropped and did you get anything out of them to hatch?
