question about unhatched eggs

I've had 7 babies hatch over the last 2 days (we're now on day 23)... 3 tried, but didn't make it, one is still trying. I'm happy with my 7, but am wondering about the other 16 eggs still in there... should I just keep waiting and watching? I don't hear any peeping or see any moving at all... and I'm sad that I've done something wrong... I know that they all had nice big babies in them when I candled on day 17...

any advice or encouragement would be appreciated.

Candle them. Look for movement and if they pipped the inner air cell.
