Question. Can you hatchalocs help?

I have 9 eggs in the incubator. 3 babies have hatched so far. The egg below pipped about 12-20 hours ago. He is the only one pipped. The other 3 babies have rolled this one over.
My question is:
Should I open the incubator quickly and turn her over?? @Kiki @MGG @LaFleche

Since this thread got dug back up, I did end up flipping her over, and I got a beautiful chick the next morn.
