Me too. Every chick they sent was alive and healthy. They sent me extra chicks and I paid a little extra for the heat packs instead of extra packing peanuts i.e. Roosters. I had a great experience with them. The only reason I didn't order with them this time is because they didn't have the gold spangled appenzeller spitzhauben
