question..I have 7 hens-one rooster. I have been eating my eggs until recent egg scare as neighbors/friends/coworkers want to buy them all now. I have just been running them under cold water and cleaning them w/ a cloth after giving them the sink-or-float test. I collect them everyday and refridgerate same evening. Is that enough to insure they are safe for sale?
