Question for BS experts (and I mean that in the nicest possible way)...

WestKnollAmy, I was referring to Margaret's peachicks. Is seems like they are different since Margaret has some that are very dark. But yet again I did not raise an India Blue Blackshoulders this year.

Well we have found young ones in out ponds the past few years so that means there are big ones, most likely in the fresh water canal that runs in front of my place, we think the storm serge that brought 6 to 8 foot of water to the neighboring towns that border the sabine river drove them way up here inland as they found one in the drains in our little town a couple weeks after hurricane IKE.

i lost a muscovy hen to one a couple years ago , a 4 footers and it ate everything but the wings, didn't even know it was in that pond till i found the wings and then it dawned on me the slide i saw in the drainage ditch the day before was his not a turtle

That also explained why the peas kept going down in that ditch rubbernecking and honking .
