Sorry to hear about your Mac. Nice machines for business/working but I'm a tinkerer/gamer. I believe Mac and proprietary are synonymous. But indeed less Winblows hassles.
You'll still have to wait for someone to step in on the medicinal side. Maybe someone will come up with a screen reader that attaches somehow to a shock bracelet, set if to go off when It reads "eggs".
