Question for those who stamp there eggs

I bought an egg stamper, bought non toxic ink. Should i stamp before giving to customer ? Once the egg goes in the fridge with a stamp on it gets smudgy if touched but not if i wait to stamp be fore given to customer. How do u do it??

Sorry that you never received an answer on this. There are so many threads and not enough people to answer.
I just stamp the cartons. Some people are funny about ink on eggs.

ok thank you! yea i am just going to do the cartons with it, only because once the eggs go into the fridge and they come back out there sweating lol ink runs off
