Question of comparing breeds

I have Midget Whites they seem more fragile than any of my other breeds how would you compare them to Beltsville Small Whites I want a smaller turkey no more than 20 lbs dresssed but the midgets look like the same size as the Palms and I want to raise them myself just with more breast meat than a Palm....My fav so far raising are my Bourbons

If you keep the best of the best and only the strong survive you can improve any variety. We have hatched out a few hundred this year and have lost very few. When we first got our Royal Palms they were hard to raise but after a few generations they have got much better.

I'm just starting and I have marked the ones that were weak to start so they would be eaten not bred just wondering the difference between the 2 or are they pretty close in size etc?
