mayonnaise , cheese, tomato - sometimes raw onion, mushrooms - never ketchup on mine, but the Princess - yep.

GF here too. A burger has to have mustard. After that... Ketchup, onion, dill pickle slices, cheddar cheese, and maybe bacon.
