How do you top your burgers? My burgers always have ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, cheese & lettuce. When I add sauteed mushrooms, I use blue cheese. When I add pineapple, I use Swiss cheese. If I don't add mushrooms or pineapple, I use cheddar cheese.

That's a scientific burger lol

Technically, I'm talking about layering.

This is how I layer then, Pork Roll Egg and Cheese, Sausage Egg and Cheese, Bacon Egg and Cheese and Scrapple Egg and Cheese. All pleasing to the ear and pallet. Hamburger Egg and Cheese is like a gong compared to a Crystal Chime. IMO As usual, all on a Kaiser Roll

Bacon, jalapeño cheese, sliced jalapeño if I have any, a squirt of ketchup and some sliced onion. I like lettuce and tomato but will eat that on the side.
