Big disagree on bell bottoms. I love that look! Skinny jeans, on the other hand . . . :sick
I still have my bell bottom jeans which I got in my early twenties, and I still wear them decades later. I like to put them on when I go ice-skating as they fit over my ice-skates so well.

Oh, that's rather brilliant!

I tried riding a bike in a pair of bell bottoms once, which isn't quite as brilliant. I was picking fabric out of those spokes for as long as it took the bruises to heal.

The Power buns, or whatever they were called, messy buns. If done right they were tolerable, but 80% of the time, they looked like a pile of dog mess.
Long nails is another, it's like advertising you're pampered, helpless and useless.
Long nails... unless one owns the business that provided those nails. I did. Began at 20 then purchased my first home at 24.
I enjoyed pampering them.

Here's a great color that was many a kitchen and bathroom theme. :sickFortunately wasn't on Mom's color wheel. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/f1/8d/c6/f18dc621583b5d79085d990eb19ff731.png
Ha. Yuk for us. In looking to purchase a home in 1990, we walked into the kitchen and ugh. That color and dark dark cabinets. Okay if you like it but not for us. The realtor said they just spent $10K on kitchen remodel. My reply, with as much charity as I could muster; We'll have to deduct money for another remodel. We did not purchase that home. 😅

I guess the twenties, because the some of the dresses weren’t what you’d expect from that time period!

Good for you, unfortunately we have an entirely different "breed" of women now.
