Does anyone iron flannel shirts? The Princess does, and I think it is nuts.

I dont iron anything My mom used to iron everything including jeans.

No, and I do not iron. Not that I can’t, but loathe ironing.
I hang up flannels when the dryer stops.

My granny ironed her jeans, as well. She even ironed sheets.

I don't iron anything. My great grandmother would iron everything, including sheets and underwear, and she'd stick a pin dead center in the sheets and have my grandmother and her sisters practice making the beds until they could make them so that the pins were always dead center on the bed (the pin was only for practicing bed-making - no one was sleeping on them!).
I never make up the beds in the house, either, unless they're getting a change of bedding. I also didn't marry a Polish fellow. My great grandmother would have heartily disapproved of me had she lived to learn all this.

I don’t even own an iron. If it doesn’t keep itself reasonably presentable, it has no place in my closet.

Well, as posted, the Princess does, and I get in trouble if I try to snag a shirt right out of the dryer. She also would like me to wear a pair of blue jeans only one time - whether they are dirty or not.

We dumped our iron for a fabric steamer. Would I use that on a flannel shirt? No.
