Ya, never. I live on gravel so it's pointless.

We live on gravel, so it won't stay clean long, so honestly every 3-5 months.

We do wash it more often in the winter. I know that sounds odd but the salt they use on the roads for the snow can really eat away the metal so hubby like to keeps that off the car

Used to go to the self serve car washes to wash the underside to get rid of the salt. Bad idea. The wash water is recycled and contained more salt in the winter than I was trying to wash off.
