Question of the Day - Monday, June 9th, 2025

I haven't. The farmer's market up the street sells a brand of it here, I may have to try it.
It's VERY sweet and more cheesey in texture than flavour. Not sure what would work with the digestive issues you mentioned but it's nice in really thin slices on something like a dark, sour rye bread, or eaten with something pickled/fermented or a beer to cut through the cloying sweetness. Salted butter and a fairly tart raspberry jam work surprisingly well too.

Oh I have diverticulosis. Corn in general is bad as it may get trapped in a follicle pocket and trigger a diverticulitis incident. Nuts and some other small hard foods too. So I have to just be very careful with popcorn.

Ah sorry, hope that didn't read like I was asking you to give more details about private medical stuff if you didn't want to. Just wanted to make it clear I realise the suggestions I was giving might be useless for you - I know how annoying that can be!

Sorry you're having to deal with that.

My boss has that. She can't eat rice

This company makes good popcorn. All flavors are good but kettle is my favorite
