I've never had blinds in the house. Don't know why. So it must be that I prefer curtains.

My brother has NO window coverings in his house. It's out in the country, and sometimes cows out in the field look in the windows. His rationale is, "With a view like that, I'm not going to block it out."

It depends on the room. Kitchen and patio door have curtains but blinds and curtains in the living room

Curtains, though most of my windows have nothing in them. The bathroom has both a blind and a curtain.
