1920. Believe it or not, it is part of an early development in the NYC suburbs.

Like 50+ years ago, it had a bunch of small rooms that were very claustrophobic when we got it, the place was also covered in dark green paneling, bright blue and green paisley wall paper, orange pile carpet, thick goopy powder blue paint, pink bathroom tiles, orange brick fire place, ugly looking laminate countertops, and everything was lit with yellow buzzing lights mounted in tiny overly ornate ceiling fans that make a lot of noise for something that doesn't move any air around.
