I usually end up making a double batch. I'll bake 4 dozen from it and the rest goes in the fridge for the Mrs. and little Miss.

I bake them. But iiiiiiffff there is one, lonely little bit of dough at the end of the baking, I eat it.

But not oatmeal cookies. Uncooked oats are just... too... raw and chewy.
