Yes.

Of course. Anyone that has eaten Red Velvet cake or muffins has eaten red dye.

Anyone that has eaten rock candies has eaten various dyes. The same applies to gum drops, jelly beans, popsicles, etc.

Sadly, yes. Probably less than a lot of people, and I'd like to eliminate them totally.
