I can clearly remember the days leaving the clubs at the wee hours of the mornings soaking wet in sweat from dancing ALL NIGHT long.
God I wish I would have had a Fitbit back then.

About 30 years ago, when my hubby and I lived in the city, we saw a late night ad for ballroom dancing videos. I thought that would be a great idea! Learn to waltz, foxtrot, etc. Hubby gave me a look and said no way.

Then he modified his answer and said he would under these conditions:

At night, lights on, curtains open, in the nude.

Where we live now, we could do that. But... nuh uh.
