NO, but surfed at Rockaway, NY in January in a full wet suit back in 1967, great waves too.

No, but I almost want to try it. I have swam in some cold waters during cold weather, but it wasn't cold enough to be a polar plunge.

I would love to do a polar plunge someday. Unfortunately they canceled the one here a couple years ago. Apparently they thought the ice floating in the river was a bit much? Can’t imagine why

No, never had the opportunity although I always have wanted to do one. I use to swim all year round, without a wetsuit, in our cold West Coast ocean waters (with the Benguela Current upwelling from the depths of the Atlantic Ocean). I would come out with my skin red and tingling.
