If I could only have one? White, so that I could dye Easter eggs. I don't really have a favorite, though.

All my girls lay brown eggs, but the speckled ones are especially pretty.

Brown, grew up with them from Grandmoms RIRs and BRs. Was told by her they were better, which today I think was a biased opinion.
