No, but when I go too long without washing it it gets darker.
Alrighty then
Same!Never!
Never. If I do, I'm going to dye it purple. Maybe after it goes all grey/white.
Does henna only work on lighter colors of hair?I dye my own with henna. Before getting into henna, I went to a salon a couple times to have it dyed with whatever godawful chemical concoctions they use, but not only does that stuff fade super fast and cost an arm and a leg, henna looks, feels, and smells so much better that I've sworn off hairdressers and hair stylists forever. Not that I ever liked them much to begin with - I am way too awkward a conversationalist to feel comfortable being trapped in a chair and talked at by someone wielding scissors.
My mother and grandmother are both very anti-redheads, and you should have seen their faces when I first told them I was thinking of getting my hair dyed! It was about the same level of horror as when I told Mom I was getting muscovies (she loathed the caruncles and couldn't understand why I wouldn't choose a "cute" breed). But now she's thinking of raising muscovies herself, and I think after ten years she's warmed up to my hair, as well.
