My part of New Jersey. Easy access to NYC or Philadelphia if that's your thing. Proximity to the ocean and 'almost' mountains. Too many people, and too expensive, but it's home.

I found it so interesting learning about the witch trials there!! Massachusetts is so cool!

Yeah it really is! And like all the stuff about the Mayflower/Pilgrims and also the Tea Party and American Revolution and Freedom Trail and stuff. It’s all really interesting LOL at least to me.

Definitely Wisconsin. I love experiencing the four seasons. The wintertime makes me stronger and more able to appreciate the other seasons. Also the summers are mild. No venomous snakes. Rolling hills and lakes and nice farmland.
I think the biodiversity with all the trees is gorgeous, also the abundance of Eastern Wild Turkeys.
Best of all is the density of the exhibition poultry scene here. We have 5 APA/ABA sanctioned shows a year here, not including the Wisconsin State Fair!
As to a second place state, I thought Georgia was beautiful when I visited in spring and I think that was like... March?
Spring is a lot later here, it's peak spring bloom time right now in Wisconsin and I love it so much!
