If you see a car like yours in the parking lot, do you park next to it?

The chances of finding a car of the same make/model/color of mine is ... possible. But I won't park next to it because my car would feel ashamed, because it is usually the dirtiest car in the lot.

Well, if I did park next to another car like mine, at least I could easily tell them apart.

A long time ago when I had a Chevy Sprint, I parked one spot over from another one. There was a car between us when I went in, but it left. The woman who owned the other Sprint and I happened to come out at load out groceries into our respective cars at the same time.

She looked at me and smiled, then asked, "Do you like your car?"

"Yes, even though my boyfriend laughs at how little it is."

She said, "My son calls mine 'the sewing machine.'"

I saw that in a parking lot once. A Toyota Echo parked next to a Toyota Echo. I was cracking up but hubby thought I was nuts. And you knew this because I said this in the archive thread and you reacted to it. Not cool dude, not cool
