Today's question is from @fowltemptress:
What, if anything, do you do to alleviate a bad mood?
Several things.
  • Get into acceptance:

  • Make a gratitude list.
  • And do something that makes me happy.

I work it off by doing pushups. Usually my bad moods are caused by someone’s words or actions, and as I often want to slap them, doing pushups allows me to vent my frustration appropriately.
Attempting pushups would destroy what little good mood I had left!

I don't have "moods," (I'm medicated, lol). I can get mad at people (rarely) and I usually end up yelling at them, then I feel horrible, apologize, talk it out and then it's over. My anger is like a quick summer shower, brief, fierce, then over.
