Okay, then I guess the answer is I update things every time the company forces me to because they decided they need to arbitrarily change the terms of service with or without my consent because of whatever recent meeting they had where it was determined they hadn't screwed their customers over enough quite yet.

One media company tried to use the forced arbitration to justify not allowing the family (I think) of someone who died to sue them. Yeah. They got backlash. Never supporting them again.
