What a strange comparison. I don't think I've ever had Russian food, never even thought of it as a food category

Hmm, the closest I've had to Russian is borscht which I think is technically Ukrainian although I think it's eaten in Russia too..... Borscht is amazing though. My favorite soup to make!

Mexican. I can't compare, as I haven't had Russian food, and I don't know if there are any Russian restaurants near me.

I cook Russian food so if you are ever near me you can come and taste some

I don't believe I have had any Russian food. I've had Polish, so maybe they share some similarities. I like Mexican food for the most part.
