Sometimes I do.

It depends. If it costs money I look into how much it costs. If I can afford it and it's a good bargain I may end up buying said object.

Usually I can't, so have to just repeat the image/words constantly until they mean nothing or I can get to them

No. I'm a realist so I always think before I act on an inspiration. Thinking before I open my mouth, now that's another story

Probably hardly ever immediately. Everyday life cuts into time for immediately.
