Walked 2 towns over. 8 miles to see a girl once when I was a teen. Wouldn't do that again.

No she actually did work out. We dated for 2 years until she moved away.
I'm just not as desperate as I was in my youth. And also more resourceful now days.

Can't say. On the covered wagon in 1971 we generally covered 20 miles a day and many miles of that was afoot, especially in Idaho which as memory serves was mostly straight up and we walked to spare the horses. But we did sometimes ride.

Idk about selling everything I owned but I'd be willing to store it somewhere and go.
Would I get a Henry rifle or a Peacemaker or anything?
