Question of the Day - Tuesday, June 10th, 2025

Can't say. On the covered wagon in 1971 we generally covered 20 miles a day and many miles of that was afoot, especially in Idaho which as memory serves was mostly straight up and we walked to spare the horses. But we did sometimes ride.
Did you mean 1871? It sounds more like 1871.

If you were 20 years old when a covered wagon came through your town, didn't have any kids and nothing better to do, wouldn't you sell everything you own and join it? :D
Idk about selling everything I owned but I'd be willing to store it somewhere and go.
Would I get a Henry rifle or a Peacemaker or anything?
