I climbed this thing once, about a 7.7 mile hike:

Did this one on a different day. It was the hardest thing I’d ever done, with a full pack cause we were camping:

Probably 15-20 miles. Our first full day in Rome, we walked everywhere and went into every Catholic Church we passed. We walked from about 8am until 10pm. We stopped briefly for a lunch and 1 hour for dinner. The rest was walking and looking and praying and walking, looking, praying etc. We did the same the next day but did not walk as much and rested more.

No clue. We went backpacking all the time in Texas, so a lot? We'd hit those sleeping bags with our legs feeling like rubber.
