At my local grocery store, Corn Flakes were going for $8.00 a box! That's outrageous

I wouldn't know. A lot I'm assuming.

My boys buy the groceries now…..they still don’t appreciate everything we did for them

There are so many different sizes of boxes now. But, I don't think I have ever gave more than $5 or $6 for the biggest box.

The small boxes here are like $3 and maybe $4-4.50 for certain kinds.

I think the small boxes here are like $5-$6 and the biggest are like $7-$8. But I could be wrong. I haven’t bought cereal in forever. But I know last time I looked there were definitely some $8 boxes.
