Hmm. I don't know the names of the weirdest foods I've eaten because I didn't recognize them and the server spoke entirely in a foreign language. However, I distinctly noted a snail among the other weird bits and I'm not sure it was cooked either. 🤢

We went to an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet once and a woman was eating a live lobster. :(

Those, crabs and octopus are on my list of ethically unedible foods for myself. I love lobster,, but feel sick every time now that I know how it's typically prepared.
 
Muktuk - Whale skin and blubber. I grew up in Alaska. I want to hurl just thinking about it. I was a kid and my Dad told me it would be an insult to the Inuit who gave it to us to Not eat the "delicacy." I was only 10 and I'll neeeeeeeeever forget it.
Did it have a taste?
