Up to five. First thing in the morning, last thing at night, and after every meal. Even if I eat at a restaurant, I carry a toothbrush in my purse. Can't stand a dirty mouth.

I brush almost every time I go in the bathroom for whatever reason. I'm very self conscience about my breath. Have been since way back when I was a wild child and couldn't stand the smell of alcohol on anyone's breath. I would be in the restroom at that club brushing all the time. lol I rarely drink these days, but I still worry about my breath.
