When was that? I have seen videos from the ‘50’s where they served school lunch, but you had to pay for it.

Graduated high school in 1959. Those videos were not from my school.

I was homeschooled, typically leftovers from dinner. Lunch hour was when I watched Walker, Texas Ranger.
So pot roast with a side of whupass.

As a homeschooler I'd have to say pretty much everything my mom made but the night before's dinner was always delicious
