Question of the Day - Wednesday, October 8th, 2025

Absolutely 100%! I apologize to my car all the time when I bump a curb or go over on oil changes or whenever I do something that I feel bad for my car! I talk to my dogs and answer back for them. When I had heart surgery back in 2013 I talked to a lot of things, because I had just moved to AL from GA 2 months prior and only knew coworkers who I didn't really know that well and my hubby! 6 weeks of being alone most of the time gets you talking to lots of things! I had never been so happy to go back to work!

I don’t intentionally, but I do often see a single object that has become separated from a group and am convinced that it is lonely.

For example, if I see a single piece of onion left over on the plate, I’ll eat it simply because it will be lonely without the other onion pieces.

I am downright embarrassed to admit this!
No, me too!!! I do that all the time!!

I do it to everything. I especially feel bad for objects that are treated badly. That's one reason I take care of my stuff. But also a reason I feel guilty for throwing things away.

This belief may not be based in reality but I'm pretty sure cars have personalities...

That one person you know who is a classic beauty and also unfortunately the sweetest human being ever so you can't even be mad at them when they turn heads because they deserve the spotlight 😭
