So, I recently got two White Tailed Black Japanese for my new bantam flock. One of these has short legs and one has regular. I have a few questions.
1) If my short legged Japanese breeds with another bantam of a different breed, will the resulting chicks all have short legs? Will any have legs as short as it's parents?
2) If my regular legged Japanese breeds with a different breed, will the resulting chicks have longer than normal legs?
3) This one is dependent on the first question. Say the resulting chicks did have short legs, and two of that clutch bred together. Would the chicks die in the egg even though they are only 50% Japanes Bantam?
Thanks in advance, Minnowey
