what does honey run in everyone's neck of the woods?
i've never purchased it before (fresh/raw), so have no clue what it goes for
also, the crystals- is it okay to use the honey when there are crystals in the container? i'm not asking if they're bad for you, but i'm not sure how to phrase what i'm trying to say.....
when crystals form, is it concentrating the rest of the honey? kind of like when water freezes and forms ice before other liquids with a lower freezing point, so that when you take out the ice you have a more concentrated substance?
just curious. if i used all the liquid honey, and then melted the crystals down, would it be the same as the honey i used?
