Question on lumber for hoop coop build

Can I use pressure treated lumber for the hoop coop build from Chook -A - Holic? Or do I need to use regular lumber that isn't treated? I'm having a hard time finding non pressure treated in the 4x6 and 4x4 post lumber.

I used PT.

Look at the tag stapled on the end. It is probably borate treated and that is safe. If it is the old CCA (copper chromated arsenic) treated for ground contact then be more cautious.
