I think they're 12 x 13 inches, with 14 height....of course there's an angle. Also a 3 - 4 inch lip so the straw stays in.

Don't know if this photo is helpful. It was taken when the framing was just started...

ps. We insulated everything cause we're in the NE and it can be really cold and I didn't want to deal with electricity and heaters... and potential fire. This coop will survive me and my children
