question on related ducks mating

I'm planning on keeping one or two of the female Muscovy ducklings that my duck hatched. I've only got one pair of scovies. If I keep them will there be a problem with them having their father as the only male? Can there be a problem with next year's hatchlings genetically?

I can't remember for sure how many generations it was I'm thinking 6 but leary cow just posted last week on this topic and I couldn't fine the thread so you might want to PM her since she breeds Scovy's and other breeds of ducks too.
