QUestion on setting eggs.

I received my eggs in the mail today. How long should I let them settle on couter before incubating?

I usually let them rest about 8 hours. I put them in an egg carton (wide end up) and put a container under 1 side to elevate it. A few times a day, I switch it so the other side is elevated.

Oh and if you set them this evening, then count tomorrow as Day 1 not today.

Thankyou. I know I have heard to wait 24 hours but I am so excited..... I do have them resting just the way you described thank you so much.
