Question on sex of my Japanese quail

Hi its habout 3 1/2 weeks and my quail gotton pretty big and started molting baby feathers (the tiny ones) both that lived have what looks like spotty feathers on the front does this mean there likely gonna be female or will i have to wait few more weeks to make sure if the chest turns colored

I'd wait another week just to be sure if they are the wild/pharaoh colour as they all start out looking like girls then the males start to go rusty coloured on the chest and lose their spots. The Italian coloured ones are easier as the girls get spots and the boys get the rusty colour.

If it crows, it’s a boy. Mine started to crow around week 4-5
