Question on small egg size?

My aunt has a silkie hen laying very tiny eggs. She has been laying for over 4 weeks now and they have not got any bigger. She has some in the incubator now that seem to be having problems hatching. I believe its because of the size of the eggs. I need advice Will her eggs get bigger as she lays?

Here is some pics of her egg the little egg is in the middle to the left is one of my gray silkie hens eggs and a quarter to show size of the small egg.

she lays that size egg everytime though not just every now and then.

I think it may just take her longer than 4 weeks to go from laying pullet eggs to a more reasonable size.
It may just be me, but I wouldn't try to hatch eggs from a hen that's only been laying four weeks.

Thats what I thought, I told her to give her some time but she threw 7 of her eggs in the bator. Last I know 2 have hatched from those tiny eggs.
