Main question: We have 7 hens and are on day 5 of treating 1, her name is Lucky, with Tylan 200. She is still wheezing, should we continue to give her regular doses until all symptoms go away?

Full story: We had 1 hen with a slightly swollen eye and some bubbles in eye, treated with Vetrx (qtip in mouth plus applying to nostrils, comb and under wings) and saw improvement right away so did not separate her, 2 days later another hen had a very swollen eye no visible bubbles, again treated with Vetrx and again saw immediate improvement and did not separate. We started giving everyone Vetrx on nostrils, comb and under wings as preventative and also vitamins in their water.
Then, a few days later, Lucky starting wheezing and sneezing, no eye related symptoms, she was still very active and eating and drinking. I had been researching on this site once the first two chickens showed symptoms, so decided to step up treatment for Lucky and knew our tractor supply had Tylan 200 in stock. We separated her and started giving her .20ml orally three times a day (she is about 3.7 pounds). I had read on here to do .05ml per pound 3 times a day for 3-5 days. Also continued Vetrx.
-Day 1 wheezing was almost constant, but still very active. Day 2 wheezing still pretty bad, breathing very labored, a little lethargic but still eating and drinking well. Day 3 wheezing only slightly, back to being very active. Day 4 wheezing only when stressed, like before meds or after running. Now day 5 I feel like she is back to wheezing slightly but almost constantly again. Therefore it doesn't seem to make sense to stop treatment, but will continuing do any harm?

Additional info: Our flock is in a mobile coop with outdoor run area that we move usually twice a week. We let them out to free range when we are outside to supervise (lost one to a hawk when we used to let them free range most of the day, so are now super protective!) Lucky is currently in a large dog crate in the barn at night, with food and water, and then out of the crate but still in the barn during the day. Note: we have been letting Lucky out to free range along with the others. They all get as much food and water as they want along with fruit and veggie treats, meal worms, scratch grain, etc.

Any help and advice is appreciated!

Video of Lucky won't upload, I will try later from laptop.

Also, forgot to state age, Lucky is about 1 year and two months old. Her poop has fluctuated quite a bit from runny/mucusy to solid. Today it is solid.
