Question on turning timing...

I understand that you need to turn the eggs 2 to 3 times per day...does this include the hours over night?...So is it 2-3 times in a 24 hour period or 2-3 times during waking hours?...Can someone tell me what a good turning schedule is?..

Turn before you go to bed and first thing in the morning. Best to turn 3 times per day. That way, the egg doesn't end up sitting on the same side every night.

Question? If you turn 3 times a day they always end up on the same side ...X...O...X? Also when you stop turning do you stop turned where you started? ie X?

If you start with X side up in the morning, you'll end with O side up when you got to bed. The egg won't sit on the same side two nights in a row.
