So I created an excel sheet to measure weight loss over the 18 days of incubation pre lock down. My goal would be to hit 13% on day 18 and increase the humidity as high as I could idealy.
So here's my question : from experienced "weighers" do the eggs gradually lose weight or is there an early drop or late drop in the process that I should account for?
I have the excel sheet set as an average total loss then that speed out over 18 days. But if say right away they usually lose a lot then slow down I think my formulas and my numbers will be off.
