Question on when and how to clip Guinea Fowl flight feathers

We will do more researching. By what we found they can break their necks when flying up and hitting the roof. We plan to either make it short enough so that it's safe or high enough.
We have neighbors either side of us and a forest with presumably Cyowolfs so we need them contained somehow. The Guinea Fowl keets we have are becoming tame and will eat out of my hand which is awesome. Thank you for helping me through this.
Ours is technically a tractor - it's 6'W, 10' L, <6' H. I say technically bc it's on sleighs, it started off following a design of someone else's, it has U Hooks to be moved with. But I ended up putting wood over the hard cloth floor because I'm in and out of there, and felt unsecure walking on the wire when it's 10" off the ground (I'm a klutz). Also bc that year, @mixedflockenthusiast was having snakes get into her coop, so I knew it was possible here as well. Ours is split, 1/2 coop,1/2 covered run. We've never had issues with it bc we've had a small flock, & when there were scuff ups, someone just slept in the run for awhile (we enclose w/ polycarbonate panels in the winter).
We've just put up a second coop, this time a prefab shed on concrete base. Numi spends time in it during the day but not in full time yet. In the meantime I'm finding pros/cons to it. It's going to be less forgiving to my tinkering (decide I want to move something screwed in). There's no attached run, dimmer inside, no screens or locks for windows. We took the screens out of the vents bc they were too fine, restricting air flow. Put up hardcloth instead. Likewise the windows. I'm going to make some sort of frame for the front and hardcloth it so it can be left open.
It remains to be seen how warm the new one will be. There is a lot more space, but as I said, that wasn't an issue before. I think for now, to Numi, it's TOO much space for her to feel secure.
The short small tractors or coops often used for chickens I can't imagine having. My one prerequisite was that I was able to go into it, as I have a habit of going out in the evening to spend time w/them. No one has hurt themselves hitting the ceiling, but - I'm not a carpenter so not sure what it's called, triangular wood supports for the roof? I have one knucklehead that thinks he should be able to get into it. Never works. This is while we were still working on it, before steel siding. It was built for 6 birds initially.
