Question : Pullet or Cockrel ???

He/she is the RIR and is 3.5 months old.I'm leaning towards Cockrel but he hasn't displayed any signs of being one yet. There is a Buff orpington Cockrel the same age and he is posturing and mounts the pullets. Let me know what you think.

I'd say cockerel. Looks like saddle feathers and a shiny green tail feather there... :/
